Point Reyes National Seashore

View of sea cliffs at Kehoe Beach (located on the Pacific Ocean side of the peninsula between Tomales Point and the Point Reyes Headlands. Gently dipping layers of Laird Sandstone (Middle Miocene age) are exposed in the lower sea cliffs in the foreground, whereas the higher cliffs in the distance are granitic rocks (Salinian crystalline basement rocks).
