Not designated; exposed in cliffs between Winslow and Holbrook, for which unit probably named, Navajo Co., AZ (Hager, 1922).
Unit Name History:
Named as upper sandstone of Moenkopi Formation (Hager, 1922). Reduced to member rank and assigned to Moenkopi Formation as upper of three members (McKee, 1951). Revised (McKee, 1954; Cooley, 1958).
