Dinosaur Canyon, which joins valley of Little Colorado to east of Cameron, AZ. Completely exposed in cliffs of Kachina Point, 40 mi northwest of Winslow, Navajo Co., AZ (E.H. Colbert and C.C. [Some assign this unit to the Early Jurassic; others assign it to the Late Triassic?.] Revised; Overview (Harshbarger and others, 1957). Revised, Whitmore Point Member named as middle member of Moenave Formation (Wilson, 1967). Overview (Peterson and Pipiringos, 1979). Areal limits (Anderson and Hintze, 1993).
