Named Flagstaff Limestone Member, middle member of Wasatch Formation (Spieker and Reeside, 1925). Revised as Flagstaff Limestone (rank raised) (Spieker, 1946). Not used in central UT (Schneider, 1967). Revised as a member of Green River Formation (Fouch, 1976; Young, 1976). Age modified (Baker, 1976). Redescribed; Overview (Willis, 1986).
