Boat Mesa Conglomerate

Boat Mesa Conglomerate is a name given to a Oligocene or Miocene conglomerate unit between Tertiary-age basalt and tuff flows in the Bryce Canyon region reported by Davis and Pollock (2000). Bowers (1991) describes the age of the Boat Mesa Conglomerate as "unknown" but infers a possible Oligocene age based on a lack of volcanic clasts in the conglomerate.
