Wupatki National Monument
A feature called "The Sinkhole" is adjacent to the Citadel Ruins in Wupatki National Monument. The layered beds of the Kaibab Limestone are unconformably overlain by basalt. The higher peaks of the San Francisco volcanic field are in the distance. Humphreys Peak (elevation 12,633 feet) is on the right.
