This view is looking down into Armstrong Canyon at Kachina Bridge. The bridge is named after some Kachina-like rock art figures on the cliffs near the base of the bridge. Kachina Bridge has a span of 204 feet (62 m) and is 210 feet (64 m) high (Huntoon and others, 2000; NPS, 2006). Gambel oak forest thrives next to the dry stream bed of Armstrong Creek. Armstrong Canyon is a tributary of White Canyon.
