Lake Mead National Recreation Area
Location Map Granitic (aplite) dikes and sills cut through older Precambrian-age metamorphic rocks (schist and gneiss) throughout bedrock exposures in the Willow Beach Marina area. This outcrop is in the vicinity of an abandoned RV park in the wash about a quarter-mile upstream from the marina.
