Saratoga Springs is a perennial water source in southern Death Valley in the Amargosa River valley near Ibex Dunes. This small pond is supplied by a groundwater. Water is derived from the greater Amargosa River groundwater recharge basin that encompasses a large region of parts of southern Nevada and California.
