Short-Wave UV (Band C) Mineral Display

This is an example of a display of minerals that are highly fluorescent under short-wave UV (Band C). Short-wave displays should be behind glass that prevents exposure to hazardous UV radiation. Note how the Terlingua calcite glows blue in this image.
