Devils Tower National Monument
Outcrops of granite with junipers, Joshua trees, and other high desert plants along Cima Road in the Mojave National Preserve. Granitic rocks in the vicinity are part of the Teutonia Batholith, a large intrusive
complex of Jurassic and Cretaceous age in the eastern Mojave Desert region (Beckerman and others, 1982).
